Need hydration for your curls without weighing them down with heavy butters? An essential for every curly, N&F Conditioner hydrates with cucumber and jojoba oils while adding strength and breakage protection with coconut and rosemary oils.


This curl cocoon can also be used as a Co-Wash, gently cleansing as it slides through your curls.

How To Use It

How to use:

  1. Wet your hair in the shower
  2. SQUEEZE 20-50c amount into your hand
  3. Rub together between your hands for 10 seconds
  4. APPLY at your ends first, and then work up the hair (focus on the driest areas most)
  5. Use your Flexi Brush and DISTRIBUTE into your hair for a good 3 minutes. This will allow the product to enter the hair's cortex (very Sci-fi!)
  6. CLIP-UP your hair to keep it out of the shower water
  7. When you're ready, rinse off your hair in tepid water, focusing on the roots
  8. You don't have to completely rinse out of the ends if a light leave-in treatment is desired
  9. Use as a leave-in conditioner on your ends for deep hydration if desired.

Hero Ingredients Conditioner

Jojoba Seed Oil

Rich in vitamin E, it brings elasticity to your hair and has a "keroplastic" effect, leaving your hair shimmering and bringing out its natural colour tones and brilliance.

Cucumis Sativus

The juice is composed largely of proteins, lipids and Vitamin C, widely known as a moisturising superpower. Cucumber is perfect for curly hair and scalp care.

Soy Protein

This rich protein repairs and strengthens your hair, increases its ability to hold and retain moisture as well as increases shine and moisture.

Wash Day

  • Apply a 20-50c amount to twice cleansed soaking wet hair, making sure to emulsify well in your hands first (rub between your hands while counting to 7).
  • Begin applying at your ends first, and then work up the hair (focus on the driest areas first).
  • Use your Flexi Brush and distribute into your hair for a good 3 minutes. This will allow the product to enter the hair's cortex (very Sci-fi!) If it still feels a little rubbery, add a little more with the help of a splash of water and continue to brush until you feel the slimy ‘wet noodle’ feeling on the outside.
  • Clip-up your hair to keep it out of the shower water.
  • When you're ready, rinse off your hair in tepid water, focusing on the roots.
  • You don't have to completely rinse out the ends if a light leave-in treatment is desired.
  • Use as a leave-in conditioner on your ends for deep hydration if desired.

Refresh Day

  • On refresh days, you can squeeze a small amount into a water sprayer to help when refreshing.
  • The power of water + Conditioner will assist the ‘frizz’ to find its curl clumps and quench some of their thirst while doing so. If your hair gets a little stinky between wash days, drop some Lavender Essential Oil to deodorise your Curls.
  • *For Coarse/textured hair, use warm water as it will help to soften the hair and allow you more styling/refreshing.

Simply rinse out the bottles to remove as much of the product as possible and replace the lid.  Then, simply wait for bin night - easy!
