Same-day dispatch is guaranteed for Express Shipping and Top Priority orders placed before 12pm on business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and periods of high demand where otherwise communicated.

Our warehouse team works hard to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods, standard orders may take 24–48 business hours to be packed and dispatched.

Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, if you experience delivery delays please note, we will do our best to keep you in the loop and to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

If you wish to give the courier specific instructions, please do so in the notes space provided at the check out. These instructions will be carried out at the couriers discretion.

The everyday option! Standard orders are packed and dispatched as warehouse capacity allows, generally within 24–48 business hours. During busy periods, our warehouse squad may not be able to get every order out on the same day, so standard orders aren't prioritised for packing or delivery.

🚀 Express Shipping

Need it sooner? Express Shipping prioritises your parcel within Australia Post's delivery network, helping it move through transit faster once it's been dispatched. However, it doesn't prioritise your order's packing in our warehouse. Dispatch timing may vary depending on warehouse demand, although our packing team do their best to prioritise Express orders.
