General Terms

Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid for a single use per customer unless otherwise specified. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes, or promotions unless explicitly stated. Codes must be entered at checkout to apply—we cannot apply codes retrospectively to completed orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders where codes have been used fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these terms.

Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes exclude gift vouchers, shipping costs, and items already on sale or marked as excluded from promotions. Some products may be excluded from specific promotions at our discretion.

Free Gift and Bonus Offers

Free gifts or bonus products are subject to availability and may be substituted for items of equal or greater value without notice. One free gift per order unless otherwise stated. Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

Minimum Spend Requirements

Where a minimum spend applies, this is calculated on the cart total after other discounts and before shipping. Gift voucher purchases do not count toward minimum spend thresholds.

Modifications and Errors

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. In the event of an error in promotional materials or pricing, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel any orders placed using incorrect pricing or codes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or disappointment suffered as a result of a promotion being modified, suspended, or cancelled, or for any technical issues preventing code redemption.
