What Is It?

A foundational Curl Gel that all the curlys can use.

Need a curl Gel to hydrate, reduce frizz and hold those beautiful curls in place? Inject your hair with this power-packed styler.

Loaded with anti-oxidants, this gel conditions your hair, helps reduce fall and utilises plant proteins to give a thick, lustrous look and sustained bounce all week.

How To Use

How to use:

With dripping wet/damp hair, SECTION your hair into quarters.
SQUEEZE a 20-50c amount into your hand and apply section by section, squeezing more product into your hand as required.
Once the gel is applied, use your Flexi-brush to ensure even distribution and no tangles.
RAKE your fingers through your clumps to create smaller consistent curls.
Next, use your Curl Glove to remove the excess water by SQUISHING the curls into your cupped glove hand. You can add Chutzpah now for extra Volume & Texture.
Once you have removed all the excess water with your Curl Glove, use your Volume+ Combs or Root Clips to set the volume. Diffuse dry or air dry.

Simply rinse out the bottles to remove as much of the product as possible and replace the lid. Then, simply wait for bin night - easy!

Finished your pouch and ready to recycle? Take your empty pouches and place them into a TerraCycle® bin at any local MECCA store.

TerraCycle® is committed to 'Eliminating the Idea of Waste', partnering with many organisations and brands to help recycle the ‘unrecyclable’. They will take your used products and transform them into something useful!

Best product for my curls!!

This is the first gel that has really hydrated and tamed my curls for days on end. Love it!!!

Was not great for my hair BUT

I purchased the small pack of both this and the strong gel to test which worked best as the gel I used to use was discontinued. I found this one did not work as well for my hair, it was frizzy and unkempt, not how I wanted after a couple of days and didn't feel right. However, I didn't put any hair cream underneath as it wasn't in my usual routine which may have made a difference. I have since introduced that step to my routine and had made a difference with all gel products I have tried so doing it in the steps suggested by LOHY and other curly hair videos would likely fix the issue of my hair feeling a bit off after only a few days. I have it to my mum to try as she has wavy hair and arms to be working fine for her. Overall not great for my hair type (the strong hold gel worked much better for me), but could work well for another. This is why it's great that the small pouch option is available for purchase - a great way to treat new product without having to spend an excessive amount of money on something you may never use again if it didn't work out. Thank you for providing that!

Great moisture and curls

Love using this Oomph gives such a lovely curl to my fine hair no sticky feeling left just lovely soft curls.

The curls are back

After a long hiatus (like 20+ years) the curls are back. Oomph hydrates and defines my curls so well, leaving them so soft (after a scrunch or shake). I’ll be back for more!
